Why it is extremely important to stream Nine Muses' new song on Melon

We all want to give Nine Muses the best present of a win on music shows. However, most music shows have removed the SNS voting component, making it harder for international fans to take part- or so you might think. There is still a way that you can help - by streaming their new song on Melon!

Streaming on Melon extremely important. Here's why:

► Melon ranking counts towards music shows.
► Melon is the largest music streaming service in Korea. If anyone wants to know who's popular at the moment, all they need to do is look at the realtime Top 100 chart: http://www.melon.com/chart/index.htm
► Because Melon is used by practically everyone who listens to music in Korea, getting a high rank on the charts can help other non-fans notice Nine Muses. They may check out the song too, and this will boost Nine Muses' reputation and public image.

Do not hesitate to buy a Melon pass early! The highest rank for Hurt Locker on Melon was the first hour of its release. The initial release is usually when fans will all listen simultaneously so this first hour is our best chance for the entire fandom to work together and help them. (ง •̀_•́)ง The sooner you can start streaming, the better.

And a few reminders:

► Melon doesn't count songs played on single repeat. My suggestion is to make a playlist that's entirely 잠은안오고 배는고프고 and set to "repeat all". An easier alternative if you don't know Korean is to make a playlist of 2 songs: 잠은안오고 배는고프고 and the intro track to the mini. Then you can set that to "repeat all". You can play the songs on mute. The volume doesn't need to be on for the stream count to increase.
► The peak time to support is from 7-9am KST. That's when people listen to music on the way to school or work, so the song ranking will go up.
► You cannot use your Melon account simultaneously on more than 1 device! Just use 1 device and stream continuously. If you try to use it simultaneously you'll get an error and it won't count the plays. :(
► If you download the song, go back to check that you're streaming the song and not playing it from your device. In the image below, the song on top is being streamed while the one below is locally stored on device:
